This toolkit provides educational resources for healthcare professionals involved in making DNACPR (Do Not Attempt Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) decisions as well as guidance for those who care for patients at end of life.

The aim of the policy is to ensure patients have a seamless service across settings and localities. Improving the patients' and relatives' experience is paramount and will also support the professional in the delivery of care.
