Meet the Business Support Team

Business Support are a busy team providing essential business and administration support to the network teams and senior leadership team.

Lucy’s colleagues know her as a cheerful, sociable team member and a pivotal presence for Business Support needs and general administration of the office.

She has a BSc in Environmental Sciences and a diverse professional background including environmental surveying, police disclosure, victim support, hands-on healthcare and office administration.

                      

Sharon McMonnies, Network Support Officer

Sharon has worked in both the Cancer and the Palliative and End of Life Care teams prior to joining Business support. Her NHS experience spans many years and includes working at Warrington Hospital, Widnes Walk-in Centre and Woodview Child Development Centre. She later moved on to a

role in private healthcare as a Business Development Administrator.

Outside work, Sharon can often be found in her greenhouse or digging in the garden. She is a massive Liverpool FC fan.

Farida joins us from her previous role within the NHS supporting the two week rule Cancer team and working within the NICE Guidelines.

Prior to that she worked with young people in the community on behalf of Lancashire County Council  as well as within housing administration.

In her spare time she enjoys hiking and planning her next holiday.

Dan joined us following his one-year apprenticeship at the North West Coast Innovation Agency where he was responsible for creating and implementing pan-European surveys for the ENsafe scheme, providing software training to colleagues and associates, and providing organisational support for the Innovation Agency's regional events.

He is based at Vanguard House and provides administrative support to the North West Clinical Senates and the wider team, as well as organising and attending events across our wider geographical footprint.

Dan is a very keen business student with a particular interest in organisational behaviours and business management and has recently completed his level 3 extended diploma in Business Studies.

Outside of work Dan likes spending time with friends and family, boxing and watching his club LFC.
